Yinka Ayefele - Ayefele N'pede

"Ayefele N'pede" is the second track on Something Else, an early gospel album by Yoruba artist Yinka Ayefele. It runs shorter than the long medley style pieces that usually anchor his albums, and its title works his own name into the song, in keeping with the praise-singing tradition running through his gospel tungba music. Ayefele, who founded Fresh FM in Ibadan, is known for that kind of lively, party mode praise-singing on the second half of his records.
