Sir Shina Adewale and the Super Stars International

Sir Shina Adewale & His Super Stars International was a Nigerian juju band formed in 1977 by Segun Adewale (Super Segun) and Sir Shina Peters after they left Prince Adekunle's Western Brothers Band. The group became popular for the Superstar Verse records. After about three years (and about nine recordings), the partnership ended around 1980, and both men went on to run their own separate bands.
